Assistant Director

In post-production, I took on editing and colour grading, using DaVinci Resolve Studio to shape the film’s tone and visual language. After receiving the footage back from a second shoot for VFX assets, I’m now working to integrate everything seamlessly for the final cut.

For Kiln, I worked as Assistant Director, playing a key role in managing the shoot within a tight schedule. Filming took place in a functioning pottery studio with strict time constraints, so I created a detailed shooting schedule and call sheet to ensure we stayed efficient and on track. I collaborated closely with the director—who also starred in the film—to prioritise key shots and adapt the plan on the fly. As he stepped fully into his role as an actor, I was entrusted with overseeing performances and calling shots on set, effectively taking on directing duties during takes to maintain the film’s vision.
